i) Rs 10000/- (Ten Thousand ) for each player for playing in each one day match & Rs 50000/- for a test match

ii) Rs 1000/- for each BOUNDRY ( Four runs)

iii) Rs 2500/- for eah SIXER.

iv) Rs 2000/- for each CATCH.

v) Rs 2000/- for each RUN OUT (to the fielder throwing the ball)

vi) Rs 25000/- for making 100 runs ( CENTURY)

vii) Rs 10000/- for making 50 RUNS ( HALF CENTURY).

viii) Rs 2000/- for each STUMP OUT by WK.

ix) Rs 500/- for each prevention of FOUR to the boundary.

x) Rs 5000/- for each BOWLED wicket taken by a bowler.

xi) Rs 2500/- for each LBW wicket taken by the bowler.

xii) Fo any other item not more than 1000?- per instance.

OTHER SUGGESTIONS

i) Sponsorships by all players must be stopped immediately. Any player violating this should be shown the door.

ii) Small hair cuts be made MANDATORY for each player ( Sikh players be exempted)

iii) No Media exposures by players.

HOW TO GO FOR FUTURE PREPARATION OF INDIAN CRICKET TEAMS

i) Constitute 50 groups of 3 members each (Member should strictly be player of REPUTE of the game in past )

ii) OPEN call to youngsters playing & knowing cricket to participate in selection process at 50 selected places.

iii) A) Give every one a chance to play under the expert supervision of 3 member group.

B) Short -list 100 players in ach camp.

C.) Short listed 100 players at each of 50 camps be given training for one month.

D) Short – list 10 players from these 100 players.

iv) Call all the 500 short-listed players at 5 centres

v) Make 5 groups of experts & give 100 players to each group, train them for one month, short list 10 players from each goup. We will have 50 most talented players.

vi) Give vigorous training to them ,We will have good number of players.
